/ Services

One engineer, the whole stack — architecture, infrastructure, interface, launch.

Salinash Studio works the way a small product team does, without the handoffs. Every engagement below is something the studio has already shipped, not a capability list.

/ 01

Product build

Zero to launched

A complete product taken from architecture to App Store or production URL. This is what the studio does most: NPCMotion, ConvertPoly and six shipped iOS apps all started here.

  • System & data architecture
  • Full-stack or native implementation
  • Infrastructure and deployment
  • Launch, analytics and iteration
/ 02

ML & GPU infrastructure

Get the model into production

Taking a model that works in a notebook and putting it behind a real product — serverless GPU inference, job orchestration, and a cost profile that survives contact with traffic.

  • Serverless GPU deployment (Modal)
  • Inference pipeline design
  • Queue-backed job orchestration
  • Scaling and cost separation
/ 03

iOS & graphics engineering

Native apps with real rendering

SwiftUI applications, including the ones that need a custom Metal pipeline underneath because a standard image view will not do the job.

  • SwiftUI app architecture (MVVM)
  • Custom Metal render pipelines
  • Offline persistence with SwiftData
  • App Store submission & Search Ads
/ 04

Cloud & platform engineering

Infrastructure that stays boring

The layer under the product: containerised services, observability from day one, and a deploy pipeline fast enough that shipping small changes is the default.

  • AWS / Hetzner infrastructure
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Prometheus & Grafana monitoring
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD

Four stages, in the same order every time.

01

Scope the system

Start from the architecture, not the screens. Map the data, the compute, the third parties and the failure modes before a line of product code gets written.

02

Build the vertical slice

Ship one path end to end — request intake through to rendered output — so the hard parts are proven early rather than discovered late.

03

Harden and instrument

Tests with Jest and Playwright, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and a CI/CD pipeline that makes deploying boring.

04

Launch and iterate

Get it in front of users, then move the numbers — the retention, acquisition and content work that took past products to 4,000 users and an exit.

/ Working together

Direct access

You work with the engineer building it. No account manager, no brief passed down a chain.

Owned end to end

Architecture, implementation, infrastructure and deployment come from one place, so nothing falls between contractors.

Shipped, not demoed

Engagements end with something in the App Store or in production — the studio's own products were built to the same bar.
